    ความเป็นมาโครงการ โครงการเขื่อนไฟฟ้าเซเปียน –เซน้ำน้อย  ตั้งอยู่พื้นที่ที่ราบสูงบอละเวน เมืองปากซอง แขวงจำปาสักและอัตตะปือ ของสปป.ลาว เป็นลักษณะโครงการแบบ BOT(Build-Opeate-Transfer) กำลังการผลิตติดตั้ง 410 เมกะวัตต์ พร้อมเดินเครื่องเชิงพานิชย์(COD) ในเดือนกุมภาพันธ์ 2562 โดยขายไฟฟ้าให้การไฟฟ้าฝ่ายผลิตแห่งประเทศไทย 354 เมกะวัต์ และขายให้กับบริษัทผลิตไฟฟ้าลาวมหาชน(EDL) 40 เมกะวัตต์ มีสัญญาซื้อขายไฟฟ้า ระยะเวลา 27 ปี(2562-2589) เดิมมีแผนการก่อสร่าง 94 เดือนโครงการนี้มีมูลค่าประมาณ 32,000 ล้านบาท ผู้พัฒนาโครงการประกอบด้วย บริษัทราชบุรี โฮลดิ้ง จำกัด ถือหุ้น 25 เปอร์เซ็นต์(RATCH)บริษัท เอสเค เอ็นจิเนียริ่ง แอนด์ คอนสตรัคชั่น (SK E&C) ถือหุ้น 26 เปอร์เซ็นต์ บริษัท โคเรีย เวสเทิรน์ พาวเวอร์ (KWECO) ถือหุ้น 25 เปอร์เซ็นต์ และบริษัท…
